We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or remote locations.

4. Damaged Products

As our products are fragile, customers must report broken or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Used, altered, or customer-damaged products may not qualify.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Ceramya is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
